Which macOS version do I need?
macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
Why does the app ask for folder access?
Matrix Commander runs in the App Sandbox. When you open a folder outside its own container, macOS asks you to grant access once. The app remembers the choice.
How do I copy or move files?
Select files with Space, then press F5 to copy or F6 to move them to the other pane. A progress window shows each transfer, with a Cancel button.
Where are my settings and favorites stored?
On your Mac, in the app's own container. You can export and import favorites from the Favorites window.
